Clean and Connected Communities grantees

I'm pleased to announce the grantees who are receiving funding through my Clean and Connected Communities program.

We will be funding all applicants whose submission materials were complete and projects met the basic requirements. We also limited the number of grants awarded in cases where an applicant or its partners submitted multiple projects. Because all eligible applicants are being awarded (other than the duplicates mentioned above), there will not be a community vote.

Glassell Park Visioning Summit is underway!

The Glassell Park community has started its Visioning Summit this morning.

By the time the participants are done at noon, they will have identified top priorities for the neighborhood.

Here is a list of upcoming Visioning Summits. These events are great places to share your ideas for your neighborhood's future and meet other community members who want to help make Council District 13 an even better place to live and work.
